Capital View is a USD 750 million cultural and entertainment complex anchored by the world tallest Observation Wheel. Caerus Group originated the concept, design, and provided pre-construction services as the managing partner in the development. The complex, totaling 3 million square feet (280,000 square meters), consists of a rich mix of entertainment, museum, retail, F&B and educational venues.

The 772 feet (220 meters) high Capital View Observation Wheel is projected to surpass the current world record holder, the Singapore Flyer, by 213 feet, and the now under construction New York Wheel by 97 feet.

In preparations for the ambitious construction, Caerus built an impressive team of world renowned talent such as Gensler Architects, Arup Engineering, Cushman & Wakefield and Merlin Entertainments. With efforts aimed at preserving the surrounding park, all project components are either buried below or elevated above ground – a move that not only preserves the existing parkland, but also creates a dynamic circulation route, bringing visitors beneath ground level only to be launched on a journey towards the sky.
